Thesis title
My thesis title is: CEO Organizational Identification And Corporate Tax Aggressiveness
ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ the researcher
I entered the University of ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ in 2022 to complete my PhD degree. The research I conducted is about the impact of CEO characteristics on the company's strategy or operation. Before that, I worked as a securities analyst for a private equity fund in Shanghai, China. Because of my work, I studied many companies and corporate executives. I think this experience was of great help to my research. In between jobs, I became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). CFA's knowledge system helps me to observe corporate finance research topics from an industry perspective. My research therefore focuses on solving some of the problems faced by the industry.
